Valentine's Day Dinner Aftermath

Rachel made an AMAZING dinner tonight. Recipe from Pioneer Woman - she even had the Tablet PC in the kitchen with her! I’m so proud! :-)

She’s always been a terrific cook. Tonight it was roasted garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a big fat ribeye steak. Best meal I’ve had in recent memory. Thanks, sweetie! :-)

    Wow! You are one lucky guy Josh. And you just have to love that Pioneer Woman. Her recipes are divine.

    You are cracking me up about having the laptop in the kitchen! I told Chris I wanted a laptop for my new work computer and I since it was for me I actually took an interest in looking at the Dell website with him. He was so happy and more than willing to answer any and all questions.
